Armed forces of the Philippines air force Staff Sgt. Benignalyn Isnani and Lt. Col. Michael Oshiki, U.S. Army surgeon assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, review a prescription with a patient at a Medical Civic Action Project. The MEDCAP was led by AFP's Tactical Operations Group 12, 3rd Air Division and was in collaboration with numerous community-based organizations, including the Cotabato Metro Lions Club. Doctors treated hundreds of patients and assisted in the distribution of free medications and clothing.
