Professor Brian Steckler, Information Sciences Research Associate at the Naval Post Graduate School instructs partner militaries from the Asia-Pacific region on the mobile satellite system operations in
Makati City, Manila, Philippines, on Sept. 10, 2015. Sponsored by U.S. Pacific Command and hosted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Pacific Endeavor is a multinational workshop designed to enhance communication interoperability and expedite Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief response in the Asia-Pacific.
