Partner military communicators from the Asia-Pacific listen to a presentation on the Broadband Global Access Network (BGAN) mobile satellite system in Makati City, Manila, Philippines, on Sept. 10, 2015. Sponsored by U.S. Pacific Command and hosted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Pacific Endeavor is a multinational workshop designed to enhance communication interoperability and expedite Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief response in the Asia-Pacific.
