150902-N-AO823-164 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 2, 2015) - The Combat Systems Department aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) fires the ship's Phalanx close-in weapons system (CIWS). Bulkeley is underway for Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX), a series of training scenarios designed to certify the Harry S.
