150828-N-OO032-008 SILVERDALE, Wash. (Aug. 28, 2015) -- Retired Capt. Malcolm Wright, former commanding officer of USS Will Rogers (SSBN-659), gives a speech with Capt. Thomas Zwolfer, Naval Base Kitsap commanding officer, as USS Will Rogers Veterans Association donate a new brow to Deterrent Park during a ribbon cutting ceremony. Deterrent Park was established in April 2000 and features a full scale, topside replica of USS Woodrow Wilson (SSBN 624).
