The SLC teaches students valuable leadership skills including project management, resources training, and utilizing the critical path method. In addition to being the course manager, Williams is also the Horizontal Branch Chief for 1st Brigade Engineers, 102nd Total Army School System (TASS) Training Center (TTC).
