The USAV Fort Donelson and a rescue boat from the vessel participate in a training event with the 185th Theater Aviation Brigade, Aug. 24, 2015. The training was conducted to better prepare crews and support personnel for search and rescue missions in the North Arabian Gulf in the event an aircraft goes down in an overwater mission. Multiple units were involved in the all-day training event including two UH-60 Black Hawks, as well as two notionally downed crews from the 1st Battalion, 137th Aviation Regiment, a Logistical Support Vessel (USAV Maj. Gen. Charles P Gross) from the 411th Transportation Detachment and a Landing Craft Utility boat (USAV Fort Donelson) from the 97th Transportation Detachment. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Capt.
