Chief Warrant Officer 3 James Suggs, an air operations officer from the 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team, out of Clinton, N.C., and currently assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, instructs other Soldiers on how to properly position themselves in order to connect a loaded pallet to a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter hovering overhead during sling load training, Aug. 19, 2015, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
