A military service member in desert camouflage (MARPAT pattern consistent with U.S. Marine Corps) is handling water containers near a large dark tank or barrel at what appears to be a field water distribution point. The scene is photographed at golden hour with strong sun flare, suggesting either sunrise or sunset. The surrounding area shows signs of recent water activity including puddles, a hose on the ground, and muddy terrain.
