Three young boys are gathered around what appears to be a water distribution station or spigot, with water visibly flowing into large blue water jugs on the ground. The children appear to be filling containers from a mounted water source, possibly at a relief or community water distribution point. The setting appears to be outdoors on a partly cloudy day.
