Leaders and flight crew members from the 116th Air Control Wing (ACW), 461st ACW and Army JSTARS, pose for a photo with staff delegates from several Georgia congressional and senate offices during the delegate’s tour of the E-8C Joint STARS aircraft at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Aug. 18, 2015. During the visit, the delegates' received a mission briefing updating them on the JSTARS program and an orientation tour of the aircraft. Team JSTARS; consisting of the 116th ACW, Georgia Air National Guard, the 461st ACW and Army JSTARS, is the sole location for the E-8C Joint STARS flying operation providing one-of-a-kind manned, battle management, command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support to combatant commanders around the globe.
