Spc. Regan Dion, a North Carolina National Guard Soldier from the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 252nd Armor Regiment, currently assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, acts as opposing forces for Hungarian soldiers from the 5th Bocskai Istvan during freedom of movement training, Aug. 15, 2015, at Camp Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, Kosovo. Dion, among the other participating National Guard Soldiers, provided realistic opposition that the Hungarian soldiers overcame during freedom of movement training that is part of the core mission of MNBG-E. The training involved moving around roadblocks and dealing with other soldiers playing the role of belligerent protesters to support the mission of ensuring safety, security and freedom of movement in Kosovo.
