    Petty Officer 3rd Class Shaun Boyce, construction mechanic, attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, uses a shovel to level the top surface of a ammo cell wall made of HESCO Container units filled with dirt. Nelson is part of a crew that is constructing ammo supply cells, which will contain heavy ammunitions and make up just one part of an Ammo Supply Point for their area of operation.
