    Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74

    Construction mechanic constructionman Apprentice Will Houston, attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, operates a roller to compact layers of dirt on an elevated surface where an ammo cell is to be constructed. Each cell will have a surface compacted to 3,000 pounds per square inch and will be just one of many that make up an Ammo Supply Point for the area of operation.
