Carl Buhler, Ogden Air Logistics Complex commander, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, speaks during the unveiling of the first T-38 from the Pacer Classic III program July 31, 2015, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph. Pacer Classic III represents the largest single structural modification ever undertaken on the T-38 aircraft and will extend the service life of the modified aircraft by 15-20 years.
