    The first completed T-38 Talon from the PACER Classic III structural-modification program is unveiled July 31, 2015, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph. Pacer Classic III (PC III) represents the largest single structural modification ever undertaken on the T-38 aircraft and will extend the service life of the modified aircraft by 15-20 years.
