David Nartker, assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 3, speaks to Indonesian “Kopaska” Naval Special Forces prior to conducting a familiarization ride aboard a riverine command boat during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Indonesia 2015.
