District Administrative Secretary David Ghanai and U.S. Charge de Affaires Larry Andre unveil a plaque during a dedication ceremony for the newly renovated Masaika Health Clinic in the Pangani District of Tanzania, Oct. 7. The renovation project was sponsored by Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and U.S. Africa Command at a cost of $33,400. The clinic serves more than 1,800 people and provides outpatient services.
