Members of the local Atomic Theater Group dance with jars of burning oil balanced on the heads while performing a traditional African drama during a dedication ceremony for the newly renovated Masaika Health Clinic in the Pangani District of Tanzania, Oct. 7. The renovation project was sponsored by Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and U.S. Africa Command at a cost of $33,400. The clinic serves more than 1,800 people and provides outpatient services.
