The image shows a multi-story brick building undergoing active demolition or experiencing a structural collapse event. A large cloud of dust and debris is billowing outward from the lower section of the building's facade, with fragments of wood and material visibly airborne. The building appears to have been abandoned prior to this event, evidenced by broken windows, vegetation growth on ledges, and general deterioration.

An explosive breaching charge destroys a door to a building as engineers from 54th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 173rd Airborne Brigade, demonstrate the capabilities of explosive breaching techniques in conjunction with building clearing training being held at an abandoned Russian radar facility in Skrunda, Latvia, July 22. The training, which includes Soldiers from Attack Company, 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, demonstrates the U.S. commitment to the Baltic region. Soldiers from 173rd Airborne Brigade are deployed throughout Eastern Europe in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, an ongoing multinational partnership focused on joint training and security cooperation with U.S. Army allies. (U.S. Army Photo by Capt.
