Three U.S. Air Force personnel in ABU (Airman Battle Uniform) camouflage are working with what appears to be a fuel container on a trailer or platform in an outdoor military installation. One airman is crouching and applying tape or labeling near the base of the equipment, while another leans over inspecting the top of a brown fuel can marked with flammable liquid hazmat placards. A third airman identified by nametape as 'MARTIN' observes the work.
