(July 15, 2015) - A group of Navy teens from all over the world finish putting on their scuba gear in the Gulf of Mexico as part of their PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certification while taking part in a Scuba Diving and Water Adventures Camp out of Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC). The camp is part of the Navy Teen Summer Camp Scholarship Program (SCSP) and NSA PC is one of five Navy bases worldwide that has a program in which teens can apply.
