Staff Sgt. Chris Howell, a medic assigned to Company A, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, uses a baby doll to show Iraqi emergency medical technicians the proper way to check airways in a small child. No CPR dummies were available, so the Iraqis brought a baby doll to the class at Joint Security Station Ur, Sept. 17. Howell, a native of Copperas Cove, Texas, has been in the Army nine years and is on his fourth deployment.
