The Flying "V" ceremony was held to honor Ulses for his distinguished service as he prepares to depart USARPAC, and Fenton as he arrives at USARPAC after an celebrated as the deputy commanding general of the 25th Infantry Division, at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
