A Coast Guard helicopter crew from Air Station Detroit flies over thousands of boats rafted together during the annual unsanctioned Jobbie Nooner boating party at Gull Island in Lake St. Clair, Mich., June 26, 2015. A unified command representing the Coast Guard, St. Clair County, Macomb County and Clay Township was established for the event, and the Coast Guard Cutter Bristol Bay performed as the safety platform and command and control for the 36 surface and air response assets from various organizations that were on scene to respond to emergencies.
