The Coast Guard Cutter Bristol Bay is the safety platform and command and control for numerous law enforcement and emergency response vessels standing by to assist as needed during the annual unsanctioned Jobbie Nooner boating party at Gull Island in Lake St. Clair, Mich., June 26, 2015. The event draws thousands of boats and more than 50,000 people most years and required dozens of rescues, medical evacuations and law enforcement assistance during the 2015 event.
