ARABIAN SEA (June 23, 2015) U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Carlos M. Murcia, right, speaks to members of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Corporals Course class 3-15 during a graduation ceremony aboard the USS Rushmore (LSD 47). Murcia is the sergeant major for Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. He spoke to the Marines about the significance and role noncommissioned officers have on mission accomplishment. During corporals course, the Marines learned a variety of things including leadership skills, sword manual, Marine Corps history, and combat conditioning skills. The 15th MEU is embarked on the Essex Amphibious Ready Group and deployed to maintain regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
