U.S. Army Sgt. Jason L. Fultz, 30, of Searcy, Ark., and Romanian Land Forces 1st Lt. Robert Tirdea, 28, of Curtea de Arges, protect their American Stryker during mounted training operations at the Babadag Training Area in eastern Romania, Sept. 2. Service members of the 4th Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment and the 33rd Mountain Troop Division are training together during Joint Task Force-East, a three-month military exercise designed to enhance ongoing efforts to build interoperability capabilities and develop relationships with other militaries for stronger regional security cooperation.
