    Chief selectees learn the importance of active communication during DC Olympics held aboard USS Mount Whitney, Sept. 4. During the 2010 induction season, the Naples area chief petty officers have incorporated multiple leadership training scenarios into the curriculum for the chief selectees in order to prepare them to become chief petty officers.
