Military personnel are using a John Deere tractor to tow a U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter on a flight line, likely at a forward operating base in an arid region. The helicopter's tail rotor boom appears to be folded or in an unusual position, suggesting maintenance or repositioning operations. Several soldiers in Army Combat Uniforms are supervising and guiding the towing procedure.
