A muscular individual in an olive green military t-shirt and sunglasses is flipping a large Michelin heavy-duty tire on a grass field. A group of uniformed military personnel observes in the background, along with what appears to be a red and gold Marine Corps flag. This appears to be a military physical fitness training or competition event.
