A person wearing a colorful striped shirt stands at the water's edge, shielding their eyes with one hand while looking out toward a large military-style vessel anchored in calm, turquoise waters. The ship appears to be a modern catamaran-hull vessel, likely a naval or logistics ship, floating in what appears to be a tropical or subtropical location based on the water color and cloud formations. The foreground subject is out of focus, drawing visual attention to the ship in the background.

150602-N-HY254-017 TARAWA, Kiribati (June 2, 2015) An I-Kiribati girl watches as the Military Sealift Command joint high-speed vessel USNS Millinocket (JHSV 3) arrives in Tarawa, Republic of Kiribati in support of Pacific Partnership 2015. Tarawa is an atoll and the capital of the Republic of Kiribati, in the central Pacific Ocean and is the first country Millinocket will visit during PP15. Now in its tenth iteration, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indio-Asia-Pacific region. While training for crisis conditions, Pacific Partnership missions have provided medical care to approximately 270,000 patients and veterinary services to more than 38,000 animals. Additionally, PP15 has provided critical infrastructure development to host nations through the completion of more than 180 engineering projects.
