Command Sgt. Maj. Mark Morgan presents the Philip A. Connelly Award for Excellence in Food Service May 28 at the 8th Theater Sustainment Command Dining Facility on Schofield Barracks.
The Army-wide competition is a yearlong event that grades dining facilities and their personnel on many different tasks ranging from how food is cooked to monthly budgeting and management of the facility. 8th TSC placed second in the competition.
