Several workers in safety gear are handling a large, heavy anchor chain on what appears to be a dock or vessel deck. The workers are wearing hard hats (blue and green) and orange life vests over dark uniforms, suggesting a maritime or Coast Guard operation. The scene is set at a marina with sailboats, palm trees, and a harbor building visible in the background.
