CORONADO Calif. (May 19, 2015) Steelworker 2nd Class David Miller and Builder 2nd Class Matthew Dawson, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, install guardrails on a boat ramp being constructed at Naval Air Station North Island. UCT 2's Dive Detachment Bravo is repairing an old Seaplane Ramp for use as a boat ramp by various expeditionary and special warfare units in Coronado.
