CORONADO Calif. (May 19, 2015) Rear Adm. Kate Gregoy, commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command and chief of civil engineers, is briefed by Builder 2nd Class Christopher Farmer, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, on the construction of a boat ramp at Naval Air Station North Island. UCT 2's Dive Detachment Bravo is repairing an old Seaplane Ramp for use as a boat ramp by various expeditionary and special warfare units in Coronado.
