Kenneth Cox, a Marine with the Provost Marshal’s Office aboard Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., participates in the “drunk carts” station as part of the “101 Days of Summer” Health and Safety Fair, Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Participants donned special goggles that distorted their vision, simulating being drunk while driving pedal carts, to help them experience how little control they have while driving under the influence.
