Michael Hooks, a horizontal construction engineer with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, performs first-aid on a casualty-dummy, May 6, at a range here. Hooks was one of seven competitors in the 8th TSC 2015 Best Warrior Competition. He who would go on to win the title of Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for the unit.
