An M1A1 Abrams tank is offloaded from the barge “Dynamica” off the Rhine River in Mannheim April 30. The tank, along with other military equipment, are a part of the European Activity Set, which will be forward positioned at Coleman Barracks in order to outfit U.S. Army regionally aligned forces when they rotate into Europe for training or contingency operations.
