The barge “Dynamica” prepares to dock along the Rhine River in Mannheim prior to offloading a shipment of European Activity Set equipment, including M1A1 tanks, April 30. The equipment will be forward positioned at Coleman Barracks in order to outfit U.S. Army regionally aligned forces when they rotate into Europe for training or contingency operations.
