First Lt. Nick Rossovskij, a platoon commander with 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, talks about his time as the platoon commander for Lance Cpl. Jacob Matthews who was a rifleman with the battalion and Chester, Md., native, during a memorial service aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 24, 2015.
