Brig. Gen. Patrick Sargent, commanding general, Pacific Regional Medical Command (PRMC), provides opening remarks to kick of the PRMC High Reliability Organization (HRO) Summit held at the Hale Koa Hotel in Honolulu, April 23-24, 2015. The two day summit was designed to allow PRMC command teams and key staff members, along with military and civilian medical partners from throughout the region, to discuss and develop ideas which support the HRO concept and move Army Medicine towards its goal of achieving "Zero Preventable Harm".
