150424-N-RB579-020 ATLANTIC OCEAN (April 24, 2015) Members of a Moroccan navy boarding team embark USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) to take part in a Proliferation Security Initiative scenario during Exercise Saharan Express 2015, April 24. The scenario is designed to enhance capabilities to detect and disrupt the delivery of materials used to build and develop weapons of mass destruction. Saharan Express is a U.S. Africa Command-sponsored multinational maritime exercise designed to increase maritime safety and security in the waters of West Africa.
