Representatives from the Embassy of Kazakhstan render honors after laying a wreath at The Spirit of the Elbe marker in Section 7A of Arlington National Cemetery, April 24, 2015, in Arlington, Va. The marker, where the ceremony takes place, reads, “In recognition of the cooperation by American, Soviet and Allied armed forces during World War II.
