    Command Sgt. Maj. Donald Langworthy, the 451st Expeditionary Sustainment Command senior noncommissioned officer, presents a gift from the unit to the outgoing commanding general, Brig. Gen. Kenneth D. Jones, during a change of authority ceremony April 18 at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kan. Jones will next command the 4th ESC, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, as they prepare for their upcoming deployment. Col. Laura B. Wisch, the 451st ESC’s deputy commanding officer, assumed authority over the 451st ESC until the Army designates a new commanding general.
