    Soldiers of the 451st Expeditionary Sustainment Command listen to Brig. Gen. Kenneth D. Jones, the outgoing commanding general, one last time as their commander during a change of authority ceremony April 18 at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kan. Jones will next command the 4th ESC, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, as they prepare for their upcoming deployment. Col. Laura B. Wisch, the 451st ESC’s deputy command officer, assumed authority over the 451st ESC until the Army designates a new commanding general.
