George Brooks, printer specialist, shows off the warehouse of exams and study materials managed by the Coast Guard Institute, Aug. 19, 2014. Every year, the Institute duplicates and sends out over 3,000 DVDs with required training and watch qualification materials, to units throughout the Coast Guard. They also mail out enlisted end-of-course tests and rating advancement tests to over 800 units within the United States and to units and detachments worldwide. All of the Coast Guard’s printing, disk duplication, mailing and warehouse management is handled by a lean crew of just four individuals.
