U.S. Army Capt. Michael Brown from Cleveland, Texas, a veterinarian and U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Eliazar Osio from Austin, Texas a food inspector both with the 994th Medical Detachment Veterinary Services out of Round Rock, Texas, move in to administer medical care to a cow during this year's Beyond the Horizon mission here, April 14 2015. The 994th MDVS is part of the BTH veterinary readiness training exercise providing dewormer, vaccines, vitamins and diagnosis to livestock and pets of the Salvadoran citizens. BTH is a humanitarian and civic assistance exercise that lasts for several months and provides construction and medical assistance to the people of El Salvador.
