    PHL, U.S. strengthen bonds together

Armed Forces of the Philippines Army engineers, from the 552nd Engineer Construction Battalion, U.S. Marine engineers, assigned to the 9th Engineer Support Battalion, and U.S. Navy Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, level select aggregate and move dirt for a concrete pad at Don Joaquin Artuz Memorial Elementary School in Tapaz, Philippines, during Balikatan 2015, April 11. The engineers are part of the Joint Civil-Military Operations Task Force on the island of Panay constructing two classrooms at the school.
