Colorado National Guard's crew chiefs from 2nd Battalion, 135 General Support Aviation attach a Bambi Bucket to a UH-60 helicopter during a field exercise at Chatfield State Park, Littleton, Colo., April 11, 2015. In addition to bucket attachment, the exercise focused on navigation to the dip site, where the bucket is filled and proper placement of the drop, where the bucket is emptied. Both of these tasks are important in fire suppression. CONG trains alongside local, state and federal agencies and ensures the the National Guard is always ready, always there.
